The Circuit City across from Tops went out of business last year. The store was used during Halloween as a very large Halloween emporium. They choose a different location every year and every year it gets bigger. Now that Halloween Express has closed for the year it's turning back into a Circuit City. How weird is that? There's a big Circuit City banner over the place where an actual sign used to say "Circuit City."
