Justin and I met with a mortgage broker this morning. Apparently I have much better credit than I thought I did. Like 200 points better. I actually have fabulous credit. Who knew? The broker worked out a loan for us that's split 80/20 so we won't have to pay PMI. Which is excellent. Now all we have to do is find a house we want to buy in the time frame we need. Oh, and the seller has to pay closing costs.

A Verizon customer representative once told me I had excellent credit. The fact that I have no credit cards is one reason why, I suspect.
