Dec. 22nd, 2003 02:00 pmIt seems no one really wants to work today. Including me.
Tena has this old picture of her and two of her sisters. It's really degraded. It's all faded and someone has taken a pencil and scribbled on the borders and poked holes in various places on the girls' heads. It's so fragile, it feels like it's going to crumble in my hand. This photograph is fifty years older than me. Crazy. I'm trying to restore it. I've gotten all the easy parts done, but now I'm trying to reconstruct Tena's face. Her sisters were easy because they just had some holes poked and folds creasing their faces. Tena is actually faded out. That's going to be hard. Then I need to colorize it and I'm done. We'll see how it turns out.
Barb finally left her dead-beat husband. Good for her!
