Jan. 21st, 2008 08:10 amJustin was playing FFXI when I got home Friday evening. He played for 20 minutes or so then came downstairs and told me someone on my linkshell wanted to help me get to Rank 5 that night. This is a huge favor. At the time, I was only rank 2 and was on the verge of fighting the dragon to get to rank 3. Justin watched and fed Dominic while I took advantage of the opportunity. Six hours later, I was at Rank 5 and could freely ride the airships.
I also ran into a couple other linkshell members, one of whom was wearing a wedding dress. I complimented her on the dress in the ls, but apparently let out a pretty big secret. *blush*
On Sunday, our X-box developed the red ring of death and was rendered useless. A return box from Microsoft is on the way, but Microsoft says it could take 15 days to arrive. I wonder what sorts of things I can get accomplished without having video games as a distraction.
On the other hand, I have time to finish Bully now.
