I had a nice dream last night. I dreamed that everyone I met since I moved to Ohio was in one place and I was walking through all of them saying hi and waving. It was nice because I feel like I haven't made any friends since I moved away from home. But my dream made me realize that I've made a lot of friends and that I know a lot of people. I actually have a group of people who care and support me here. I didn't realize that until last night. That doesn't mean that I no longer need my old friends. It just means that I don't feel so disconnected anymore.

What a nice feeling, Annissa. I've had similar expeiences here in Bellingham. It took a while to realize how many people actually did love and support me.

That's really important. I think certain people often grow up and move around and assume that they are no longer entitled to good close friends, especially when they get married, and then eventually give up. I want to always make new friends and create more relationships everywhere I go. Unfortunately, I didn't get much of that here in the valley, except when I was playing Buffy a while ago. I think the internet is cool because you always have friends somewhere, even when you are at your most scattered.
