I'm very excited to take my foreign language classes, however, I'm having a problem deciding which one to take. I want to take them all! I've narrowed it down to 3:
French, because I took it in high school and still remember a lot of it.
Russian, because it's different.
American Sign Language, because it would be useful.
What would you take?

If I'd taken French in high school... I'd be tempted to take it, just because that would make it an easy class. Although, I took Spanish in high school. I took 1 year of Spanish in college and my high school Spanish only helped me for about the first month or two of the class, I learned a lot more than I expected to, college foreign language was very hard-core compared to high school (just in my experience). I did end up enjoying the Spanish in college a lot, but now that it's been more than 10 years, I hardly know more of it than I did back in high school, so it didn't exactly stick.
Russian would be very cool. :) Not sure how often it would come up as useful, though.
