Still feeling the homesickness. It's strange to feel so discontent all the time. It's been a while since I've felt like this. Kind of restless and angry. I actually priced tickets to Spokane for this weekend. I imagined myself jumping on a plane early Friday morning, driving down to one of the beaches in Clarkston or Asotin and just reading on the beach for two days before jumping a plane back home to my loving family. I remember the goose poop and the fact that it's only 30 degrees there, but I don't really care. I'm still so tempted. My legs shake at the thought of it.

Can I spare $600? Probably not, but it's so tempting.

hahaha glad you remembered the goose poop.. because that was the first thing that came to my mind when you mentioned the "beaches in Clarkston".. ahh.. memories.

i was thinking more of the secluded beaches past Asotin where i used to swim with friends....i'd love to join you, Annissa- there are so many books in my que [bad spelling?]

That's where I was thinking too, though I really love Swallow's Nest also.

Wouldn't it be wonderful to just sit with old friends for a while?
