Oh yeah. I just found out that I was preapproved for 4.99% financing which should take my house payment down to $608 per month. Awesome. :) Of course, that is pending me turning in all of my paperwork which includes paystubs for the last 30 days, 2 years of W2's, bank statements from the past 2 months, and the last 3 years' federal tax returns. I suddenly realized my shoebox filing system from two years ago isn't up to this task. Eek!
