(no subject)

I talked to Ken last night. I get the feeling that he was going to walk around downtown Cleveland at 1 AM so he wouldn't inconvenience me by picking him up. Silly Ken. Like I want him walking around Cleveland instead of with me. :)

Strange day so far at work. M's in tears. Don't know why. Yet. I'm guessing her fertility treatments are not going well. Just a guess.

I think mOnZ might come for a visit! I'm super-psyched about that! I hope Justin's comfortable with it. I'll talk to him tonight and see if he has any guidelines for meeting internet people he doesn't know. But monzie is great and I've known him for years. Since 1997! And I can show him my really nifty new shoes. :)

emoticons

I was just reading my last post and I remembered a time when I couldn't see emoticons as emoticons. They were just a bunch of punctuation. I remember sitting behind Lisa in math class and she was showing me all the emoticons she learned at l'hotel chat (the cat hotel, haha). I didn't get it. Now I can't see them as anything but emoticons. Weird.
