I'm shocked at the number of people who come to me and say that every time they open a picture in Word it comes up as a bunch of gibberish. Number 1, you don't open pictures in Word, you insert them. Number 2, I'm not tech support.

I suppose I am. But not enough to go around posting insults anonymously in other people's journals. No, I usually insult people directly to their faces so they know who I am.

I'm glad you know how to insert pictures in Word. Now if only you could get the hang of parentheses...
