I just discovered my DVR failed to record Doctor Who last night. I'll have to wait another week to watch "The Almost People." I tried to avoid spoilers, but still stumbled across some pretty massive ones. I'm not sure how I feel about what the poster revealed, which I suppose is good, because I'd like to judge it for myself when I finally get to see it.

Whether or not Amy's pregnant, where she's been, and who River is.

My theory is that Amy's been unconscious and in labor. That's why I think it's showing she's not sure whether she's pregnant or not (because she's not sure whether the baby will live) and why Rory keeps saying "I'm a nurse." Also, why Rory keeps dying. It's her subconscious working through her worst fear.

I don't know the details of the storyline yet, just the big plot points, so I don't know how accurate my theory is.
