I found I liked little Amy better than Adult Amy. *points to scene you have a video clip for* Matt Smith works fantastically well with kids.
It's odd, when Rory was around, then I found myself liking Amy better. I've thought about this for a while and I chalk that up to a lack of characterization in S5, especially when it comes to Amy.
When we get to the season final I had very little empathy for her. I think the emotional impact of having her parents back would have been stronger if we had met them in the first place or, had her metion how they died(?). I don't remember that being said.
I'm going to stop now, this is just a taste of what I have issues with when it comes to S5.
