Oh yeah. We had a blizzard this weekend. I took this picture this morning. It's my backyard.

Having the driveway shovelled was the best $18 I've ever spent.

Love the train tracks too! What a clever boy! Nice job not "fixing" it! I love it when I see parents who allow their kids to be so creative.

Date: 2008-03-10 05:18 pm (UTC)I love it when it snows (hate to drive in it though). But my backyard has a perfect slope for my kiddos. I got us some cheap round sleds and we go out and sled to their hearts content. It's great fun. Madisyn (3) doesn't sled for very long (the first couple times I have to put her in my lap, then she'll go a few by herself, but then she gets bored). But she loves to watch me go. :) So much fun! I love love love snow days!!!

I wanted to configure them like the little brochures that come with the tracks say. And then nail them down. I'm glad Justin talked me out of that. It's so neat to see him build and play with them.
