In a horrible mood today.

Least of my problems: The portraits I ordered are in, but the electronic service I paid for isn't working, and they're saying it's because I didn't pay for it.

Nagging problem: The travel agency my tiger team decided to go with doesn't seem to be delivering what they promised. I think they oversold themselves and I am not impressed. I'm still essentially doing what I was doing before, only now I have to correct their mistakes and confront them about it, which they really seem to resent. My irritation with them is growing and will hit critical mass soon. I need to invite them in to sit down and talk with us about it before I lose my temper and tell them where to stick it.

Biggest problem: I received last month's Sprint phone bill which was a little bit more than I was expecting. No big deal; they charged us for two month's worth of service and it would be credited back on this month's statement. My rep advised me to hold onto the bill and not pay it because I have over $23,000 in credits coming to me. This month's bill appeared and it is $31,000. That's $28,000 more than it should be. I'm going through it with a fine tooth comb for the third time and finding a lot of mistakes. So far they've overcharged us nearly $10,000 and none of the credits we were promised have hit. My rep is coming in today to discuss it with me.

So, basically, everything I've worked on for the past 5 months has turned to crap.
