Freedom costs a buck-oh-five
Oct. 18th, 2004 08:32 amJustin got me the 7" Calphalon santoku knife that we registered for plus Season 1 of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. He's a good husband. :) He took me out for dinner at Longhorn Steakhouse, which was nice, but made me sick so we skipped the movie and went home.
We went back to the movies on Saturday and saw Team America: World Police. I thought it was better than the South Park Movie, but that's not saying much because I really didn't like the South Park Movie. Highlights of Team America are the music (naturally) including songs like "America, Fuck Yeah!", "Freedom Costs a Buck-Oh-Five", and the Montage song that was also on the Aspen episode of South Park. The lowlight of the film was the puppet sex scene. Just because you can do something, doesn't mean you should. They made this movie to spoof Jerry Bruckheimer films. They did a good job. Best part of the movie: Lease.
