dishwashers

annissamazingWhen I was a kid I used to love the sound of the dishwasher running at night. Somehow I found the soft "whoosh" of the water very comforting. Now it sets off my nerves. It sounds loud and clangy and nothing like I remember it. I guess I should just start running the dishwasher in the morning.
So I was thinking about this today at lunch (hot pork sandwich with mashed potatoes and gravy!) and I want to see if it'll work...
"Guess what everybody?!"

Date: 2003-09-24 12:17 pm (UTC)I was driving with Cathy today at work and saw a truck that said "Beiman" and I nearly blurted out, "Guess what everyone?!" Oddly, people here don't get jokes from our high school. Bewildering, I know.
