Nov. 6th, 2006 09:35 amI took part in a political survey on Friday that makes me angrier every time I think about it. It started off innocently enough, asking if I would vote for Mike DeWine (no) then asking if I would vote for Sherrod Brown (yes). Then it asked if I wanted higher taxes. Then it asked if I supported the sacred covenant of marriage between a man and a woman. Then it asked if I wanted terrorists to have the same rights and freedoms I enjoy as an American citizen. I really resent the way these questions were worded and I resent even more that we were allowed only a yes or no answer. I regret not hanging up. I was just so curious about what they were going to ask next. I can just imagine the results, "People who voted for Sherrod Brown want higher taxes, gay marriage, and to let the terrorists go."
