I'm a home owner. :) The paperwork at closing was not nearly as intimidating as I'd been told. In fact, I'd seen most of the paperwork already. I'm expecting a check for almost $700 and the keys to the house this afternoon. We already bought the paint for the baby's room. It's called "light topaz." I think we have enough to paint our bedroom too.

Yesterday was Justin's and my first wedding anniversary. With baby stuff and house stuff we didn't have the money to do anything fancy. He made me a lasagna and I made him a cheesecake. It was the best lasagna I've ever eaten! And I make a pretty good cheesecake too. Oh, and I bought Dominic a coat for the winter. It's brown and fuzzy and there's bear ears on the hood. The little pockets have ears too. It's very cute. :)
