Justin and I have been preapproved for a $90,000 loan. We're hoping to use only $75,000 of it. Wish me luck househunting.

*This* one was actually the one I was referring to when I meant the modernization. I looked at the first one and wasn't that impressed. But this one stuck out in my mind as being nice, affordable and having any ammenity that you could want from a first time home. It's a great find.
