Oh my. Pronoun fail on my part. Sorry. That should read, "I kind of consider TenII's, um, generation(?) as something similar. His human DNA came from Donna, but the mannerisms he picked up from her were from the generation process in much the same way Ten's mannerisms came from Rose even though there was no DNA exchange."
I saw that deleted scene. I kind of wish it was left in, but I understand why they cut it.
