Last night I made a tofu, bok choy, and carrot stir fry. Naturally he started crying the moment I set it in front of him. I eventually got fed up with the crying, speared a piece of tofu and made him open his mouth to eat it. The grimace was set on his face from the moment I put my fork in his mouth. Then, suddenly, his whole expression changed. "Cheese!" he cried. "Yummy! Yummy! Yum!" He then dug through his plate of stir-fry looking for every last bit of tofu he could find. I ended up giving him a good portion of mine as well. I tried to trick him into eating 3 grains of rice along with the tofu, but he caught me and spit the rice out.
