Moving day!
Nov. 19th, 2004 10:28 amWell, not quite. But it is the last day that I'll have a computer for a while. The phones are being shut down at 4 and Mark and I are going to go around and collect them. Then we'll pack up everyone's computers and get them moved over as well. It's going to be a long night. So I'll be gone until at least Tuesday. I requested Wednesday afternoon off to meet Stauche and Crystal when they get here. Naturally, I'll not be checking Livejournal from Thursday until the following Monday.
People keep asking about empty banker's boxes in the warehouse and whether or not I intend to bring them up. My answer is always, "If someone wants them, they can go get them. I have no intention of ever going back into that warehouse ever again." Why should I be someone's pack mule just because I spent hours filing down there? I wasn't the one who took them down there.
Elyse came over last night and got to see The Shining for the first time. I've seen it so many times that it's no longer scary. So every time a scary part came up I would watch Elyse's reaction. Good fun. :) We came down from the movie with three episodes of Greg the Bunny. With a cast that includes Seth Green, Eugene Levy, and Sarah Silverman, Greg the Bunny should never have been cancelled. The DVD box says, "TV wasn't ready for him. Are you?" Oh, and I made fruit smoothies in my new blender. Mmmmm. I got some frozen raspberries I may or may not save for Stauche.
