There are neighborhoods here completely made up of this style of house. Rows and rows of them. I've never seen them out west. They remind me of mushrooms with their funny roofs and I think they're adorable. They're also extremely energy efficient, though the upstairs gets really hot in the summer. It's rare to see one with a fireplace now.
